For a local church, our library is quite good—particularly in the Quaker section.

Community Garden for the Food Bank

Members of the community have planted a garden on the north side of the church. A variety of vegetables and salad makings are grown and given to the local Food Bank for distribution to people.


Good News Assoicates Website

A ministry led by North Seattle Friends Church members

Good News Associates is both a local and international ministry, including the Way of the Spirit Retreat and Study Program, work with Quaker Colleges in East Africa, and SEEDS a monthly online journal.



Tool Library Website

Making accessible a wide variety of tools, training, and sustainable resources

The Northeast Seattle Tool Library is a service housed in a building owned by North Seattle Friends Church. We partner together to make this resource available to the community. More information can be found on their website

Quaker Cove Website

A retreat center owned by Puget Sound area Friends Churches

Quaker Cove is located on the Similk Bay near Anacortes, WA. Folks from North Seattle Friends are active on the board and work up at the camp. The camp is available for retreats for groups or individuals wanting to spend time in a beautiful and quiet setting.

Since 1990, A Future & A Hope Ministries has provided a safe and hospitable community for people of all denominations. Blocks to spiritual growth are overcome; fear and anxiety are conquered. Individuals and families find recovery and healing as they learn to identify personal challenges and develop creative and healthy solutions for their lives. Ongoing Spiritual Formation groups provide continuing discipleship for those who long for deep community and growth.
